Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

Processing times may be extended during peak periods, promotional events, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. Delivery estimates are provided by the courier and may vary depending on destination, customs (if applicable), and other external factors.

Shipping Delays & Courier Issues

SunnySprigs Herbal Tea L.L.C is not responsible for shipping delays once your order has been handed over to the shipping courier. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs clearance

  • Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages

We do not offer refunds for delayed, lost, or stolen packages. If you experience an issue with delivery, we encourage you to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking number.

Incorrect or Invalid Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of order. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid, incomplete, or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for:

  • Any re-shipping fees

  • Placing a new order (if the original package is not returned)

SunnySprigs Herbal Tea L.L.C will not replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
